Exterior : It is part of a huge traditional dark red brick residential development, part of the development are beautifully kept gardens which features a large dolphin fountain.
Lobby : The lobby is medium in size, decorated in a dark brown and pale blue colour scheme. To the right of the entrance is the reception, to the left a small seating area with comfortable armchairs and coffee tables.
